Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your earrings! If you find that you need to return an item, we accept returns on unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Pack Your Return: Safely pack the item in its original packaging, including any tags, cards, and accessories that came with it. Make sure the item is unworn and undamaged to avoid any deductions from your refund.

  4. Shipping the Return: Send your return to the address provided in the RA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Processing Time: Refunds can take 5-10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style or size, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we can process your exchange as long as the new item is in stock. If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will gladly issue a full refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
